Leaving behind their bullet-proof vehicles, Four US Women diplomats have taken to the streets of the capital with their ‘personalised auto-rickshaws’ in their ‘out of the box’ diplomacy style. Ann L Mason, Ruth Holmberg, Shareen J Kitterman, and Jennifer Bywaters love to go with their black and pink three-wheelers by driving themselves for all their work including the ‘official trips’. These diplomats have taken to the common man’s commute not just for fun, but also to set an example.

This is cool! Very cool indeed!! Think beyond👍👍
🤦..wat shall we do now jai jai kar lagate kya?? Would they travel everyday?? Does they use public transport up there??
That interviewer gave me a goosebump. Thank God she didn't ask " so what are your strengths and weaknesses" 🥴🥴🥴
Most Americans drive our own Cars. Even if you have someone that can drive you anywhere there is still some freedom and enjoyment in doing it yourself. These women probably stay within a certain zone which caters to foreigners when they are driving by themselves.
They know how op Autorickshaw is in our country
It's because of easy navigation and traffic issue
Either this is completely stupid or completely smart, i can't guess. I mean nobody would be able to guess that high level diplomats would travel though rickshaws.
Waw….India welcomes and respects everyone…
Bellisima diplomats
They're stupid to do this. There's a reason why they have protocol. Wokeness. I'm sure they'll be schooled after pulling this stunt.
And they issue travel advisory against India.
Im American 🇺🇸 but I love 🧡 indian 🇮🇳 culture jai shri Ram 🕉 🚩🚩
Wow awesome.. Fiji 🇫🇯
And these very same Americans Screams India is "Unsafe". 😏
Hello auto, drop me in bus stand
Sorry i am diplomat..😂😂😂
Good experience for them
Why US has not appointed any ambassador in India?
Disappointing
This is a level of security…
Think pakistan a cricket matchbis held in war like security in stadium. Most unsecure and secure places…
One of the autos is a yellow striped taxi. So, this diplomat is in deep trouble unless she has registered herself as an auto taxi driver and has done her annual vehicle fitness test as well as paid her annual auto commercial road tax.
BTW…they are diplomats, my foot! They are more likely Christ propagandists on a secret mission to convert the heathen
What nonsense….what if they are attacked by RSS, Bajrang dal or kashmir terrorist ??? They should make safety a priority….or maybe these Ameticans are dumb….Scarry.
In Mumbai i know big Business men, Level 9 Corporate Bosses or big firms travelling by Local train in regular 2nd class compartment.
Because,
Why not , its safe, Lively and 100 times Quicker.
So India is a safe country for all… except few bollywood people, Amir khan and family…!!!🤔
I'm surprised of US women interested in most hated Indian vehicles 😂
I suspect it's Victoria Nowland…was it ?
and
US has not appointed any ambassador in India, since Biden came to power..and F16s all that…
hmmm…
Ita been 2 years US has I ambassador to Bharat but yes this is important stuff.
Better run embassy visa pprogram on time…
I just realised these rickshaws are something India can mass produce and sell in US… Cost of living, car prices and fuel are all skyrocketing there, especially in rural USA they will really appreciate a simple vehicle like this. This cab be the next Toyota, and it is very distinctly Indian.
They must have enjoyed playing the GTA India so they want to try the same on-ground, especially in Delhi.
No need for Armoured Cars in India, you face no threats from local people here. (unlike in Pakistan) The more you mingle among people the more they respect you and you feel less threatened.
