  1. I'm still holding on to my current car hy God's grace and will wait for the used vehicle price to make sense for me. In my previous purchases it has indeed been correct that the used cars depreciate rapidly in the first 5 years and I've been able to reap that reward. Driving my current car now for 10 years, after buying it used, and I've only done oil changes, one set of tires, brskes, and I think I'm on my second pair of wiper blades.

  2. I just bought a 2024 ford hybrid escape. They offered a discount thru my husbands job so I thought it was a good deal 😢 it is not about the payments which will be high but affordable but it’s because we bought brand new.. not I been having buyers remorse wondering how bad I messed up 😢
I am not familiar with ford and their reliability

Was glad to hear in Your video that buying a brand new hybrid it’s not so bad.. expensive tho 😅 and resell value it’s good too 🤞
We looked used vehicles and they were almost the same.. $8-10k dlls cheaper

  4. I am in Ontario and considering buying a Honda Pilot EX-L, brand new costs me cad 58,968 and 2021 Honda Pilot EX-L costs me 40k. Is that a good buy or should i consider buying a new vehicle?

  5. I bought a lincoln town car 2006 for 6000 dollars , three years ago , with 50,000 original mils ! In and out looks brand new and runs like brand new . in comfort and smootness no car can match this car !! so far so good not even a single problem !

  6. I just bought a 2018 nissan maxima platinum for $13,000 2 weeks ago. That car's original msrp was $41,000. It only had 40,000 miles and some minor cosmetic blemishes. I say it was a great deal.

  7. Ive been looking at the Corolla Cross as well as the RAV4, I'm in Florida btw. Everything I've found used has higher mileage the average at about 45 thousand miles and somewhere between one and 5 years old. They are selling for several thousand dollars over the original MSRP and it blows my mind away. Most of them are also base models. 🤦

  8. while used car prices have not come down one bit, dealers are now discounting even popular models like the Corolla under MSRP. I got a quote for a Corolla at 1500 off MSRP

  9. Ahhh… I bought a 2011 Avalon in 2014 certified used..25k. Still under warranty. Toyota was giving 2% on certified used cars. Timing and homework. Paid it off in 2 yrs. $20k less than a new Avalon.

  10. Well OK, but as Shari has pointed out in another video, dealer markups, add-ons and junk fees on new cars are built-in these days, making lightly used cars an even better bargain

  11. In the market for a new (to me) vehicle. Does it makes sense to go for a used 2021 civic sport with 45k-50k miles for $20k rather than pay for a new 2024 civic sport at 27k? I'm not sure if I should save the upfront cost with the used car and take the hit on maintenance and repairs in this case

  12. Hello . Iam buying a certified 2023 mazda 3 sedan carbon edition with 5000 miles for $25635 out the door. Another dealer asked me if they can beat 2023 price with a 2024 will I buy make a deal with them?? It sounds too good to be true correct?

  13. Not agree. 27000 new Corolla gonna cost me 37000 after markups and fees

Not dealing with dealers at all. It’s a total scam. That’s why decided to buy a car only from private sellers and used 4-6 years old. Minimizing the risk buying a Low mileage and reliable brands. Checking a car in a shop before buying. If I’m gonna get a German luxury cars for sure I’m gonna go with new cars and the warranty.
