The price of used cars are coming down so fast that it’s actually bringing down the CPI headline inflation numbers, which is actually good news until you realize that a lot of people are actually losing their cars right now and this is contributing to how much inventory is hitting the used car market.

The TRUTH Behind The WORST ECONOMY SINCE THE GREAT DEPRESSION https://youtu.be/bjm9VGuN8NI
You are the best economy forcaster since Milton Friedman in my humble opinion. Thank you so much for what you do sir! Like that blonde bubble headed girl says, Haters are gonna hate, hate, hate lol.
20%? Add another 30% to it and they might be in the ballpark. Spending an entire year’s salary on a depreciating asset is the fastest way to die broke.
Nothing wrong with posting negative news about the car market. Keep your viewers well informed on both the good and the bad, anyway it’s getting to the point that everybody in every family across America knows somebody that’s getting a car repossessed or at least that’s how I’m seeing it here in Florida.
Honestly I respect the hustle getting paid to talk about negativity and people buy into it that’s not your fault it’s a great niche I’m going to start a channel like this keep up the good work Michael
Govt CAUSED this inflation….and there is no massive drop in prices my man…..
2:38 Chrysler / Jeep? C'mon. They're junk!
I would not even consider 50% off a good deal. We as consumers need to STOP financing ourselves into slavery. Only people with extra cash or idiots finance these ridiculous car / truck prices. Going back to horse and buggy…
Interesting/informative/entertaining. Retired/drive (75%) less now. Will keep my (2001) Chrysler town & country van. For another year. Don't want to spend $50K/$60K for a new one-!!!🤔. Perhaps I'll settle for a low mileage quality used one-???🤔.
Just be careful what you buy the mechanics out here are seeing many new models of cars with problems within the first 6 months of ownership. Then they sit there for months because they cannot get the parts. A good deal might not be such a good deal.
still not seeing RE go done. Inventories going up but prices only slightly discounted. The hammer hasn't dropped yet.
That 22 ram on they website 50k they got 2024 for 30k
Excellent insight presentation
Still the same price ! 😂😂 joke
I'm a new subscriber and I enjoy your videos. Are you a financial expert?
NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!
Already know about it!
Can someone explain to me how a 2022 Toyota Highlander XLE V6 with 75k miles or more and they want 30k for this type of car? How is a used car almost the same price of a new one? It doesn't make any sense to me. I'm assuming we're in a bubble because this is crazy .
I need this information my Chevy motor just went out
No car pricing crash at all! New and used car prices are extremely high!
This guy obviously hasn’t been to a dealership
Posts news outlets Armageddon stories.
Dealerships have $5-8k markups
They only marking down junk they can’t sell to avoid taxes.
People whine boo hoo home prices sky high
Every homeowner is ecstatic
They never mention that
If I heard anti Biden I’m out!
Best economy
Have you been to Target or Walmart. Prices dropped !
Texas gas $2.38 Stop whining
Record stock market
used car prices with repo have caused banks to pull back on lending.. Banks are holding far to many Repos now. What is going to happen in the car market? total chaos. Stellantus is already screaming that they cannot sell their grossly over priced cars …Some of them have been sitting on dealer lots for over 3 years. The market for used cars is always driven by new car sales and trade ins.. Well no one is selling new cars Even Toyota is seeing massive numbers Cars are just not selling CAN you say AFFORDABILITY ??? There is a real problem that is happening in the economy. It is called recession. Mass layoffs are rippling thru the economy. Bankruptcies are happening around the world. People without jobs are definitly not going out to buy used or new cars. I cannot say that anything that you said was wrong.. just that you have not fully expanded on what is happening today
As a small car dealer the car prices at Manheim are yet to reflect this fact, but my margins are definitely hurting! In Hawaii anyways people are definitely wanting to pay less, but these auction houses and the bigger car dealers are being very stubborn.
Buy your vehicles used and private parties!😊
Prices of houses and cars are going to come down to a affortable level.
Base on the information I got and the economic forecast just be pacient.
Don’t you worry… the coming inflation will make current “prices” look cheap!
I love how people get upset over the truth! "I'm unsubscribing because you're telling the facts," as if you owe them anything. Keep doing what you're doing—I enjoy your show and the honesty you bring!
Most cars are still 10-15k too high a 30k car sells for 45k that isn't a crash I hate to say this but we need the bottom to fall out of the economy idiots are still paying 15-20k over MSRP of course MSRP is a BS term in the first place….I just had a dealer tell me that his manufacturer would rather crush their cars rather than decrease prices…things need to get worse before things like cars become more affordable.
When they drop 75% of original price then it will be a " deal"
This dude may get a lot of crap wrong, but his strategy of maintaining an audience by just recording his thoughts while taking a walk is genius
girls love jeeps!
Prices are not plummeting where I live. Prices are stable.
