  2. Not an ebike, its an electric motorbike. Its important to keep information factual, ebikes are limited to 250wh in most places and need to be pedal assisted to a certain speed. You have a throttle and have no cut-off for motor assistance so its a motorbike and all of you should be fined if they aren't registered.
