Besides the crazy prices for new cars and trucks isurance rates have doubled in some states plus the banks are not giving car and truck loans unless you have perfect credit and a down payment there were 1.8 million repos in 2024 and they are now saying in 2025 that number could hit 2.4 million repos the auto crash is coming very soon and this time there will be no bail outs from the government

They can market adjust back to normal pricing. The cars are 10k+ higher than they should be on top of high interest rates. Nobody should buy these. Make them get fix the prices.

Buying a vehicle from any dealership is like receiving a slow butt rape… Test drive the vehicle, start haggling, 10 trips to the “manager”, finally a deal, F&I trying to sell you literally everything on gods green earth.. By the time you leave your payments went up 40%. Their crooks!
I have a 2016 Ram and to be honest I 2ould live to drive a new truck but ill be dammed if I will pay 60+ grand for a new one.

Why Buy an New Car at all. When you cannot and are prevented by user Agreements from Changing or Modifying Anything. More and more I get the feeling that I do not really own a New Car. The Software Developers really own the Vehicle. Not just referring to VW. But Where did the "Peoples Car" Go.
Companies used the "covid" mess to raise prices on every citing they couldn't get parts because they temporarily shut down factories and other manufacturing plants. And prices never went down. People were selling used 10+ year old trucks for more than what they paid for them from the dealer. Yes, it happened.
Wanting one and being able to pay 2x the price it should be ate to different things.
