Hero Splendor Plus Xtec is a mileage bike available in 2 variants and 5 colours. The Hero Splendor Plus Xtec is powered by 97.2cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 7.9 bhp and a torque of 8.05 Nm. With both front and rear drum brakes, Hero Splendor Plus Xtec comes up with combined braking system of both wheels. This Splendor Plus Xtec bike weighs 112 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 9.8 liters.

The Splendor Plus Xtec is a more contemporary variant of the standard Splendor Plus. It offers slightly different colour options from the standard iteration and sports additional features.

The Splendor Plus Xtec gets a fully digital instrument cluster, which, the company claims, is the first in the segment. This console is Bluetooth-enabled and gives access to call and SMS alerts besides showing real-time mileage. Hero has also equipped the motorcycle with a USB charger, which is another uncommon bit in this segment.

As for the engine, the Splendor Plus Xtec gets its power from a 100cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor that makes around 8bhp at 8,000rpm and a peak torque of 8.05Nm at 6,000rpm. This unit comes mated to a four-speed gearbox and is highly revered for returning impressive fuel efficiency.

This motorcycle is available in drum brake and the disc brake version. The rest of the cycle parts like suspension, seat, and tyres are the same as those of the base Splendor Plus. This bike is currently available in three colour options – blue, grey, and white.
